My entire life has been focused around one simple venture: I like to take things apart and put them back together again. Problem solving, getting to the root of an issue, however you want to put it. That’s what I like to do, and it’s what I do best. Leisure time is all the time when you really love your work.

My formal education is in product design, and my work experience has followed that path as well. My other pastimes all seem to fall within the perimeter of the design world: typography, usability, photography, and researching why people love the things they love. Design isn’t a static beast; it seems to cover a lot of bases.

What do I do outside of work? I like to dabble in painting, scour the city for dry-cured sausages, and go to music-related events. Cycling is definitely on that list, as well as all manner of cooking and baking.
